Feet

 Here's some tips to keep your feet healthy and HAPPY!


*Massaging your feet helps to strengthen and stretch the many muscles, ligments and tendons.  Try rolling your feet over a golf ball for a really good home massage.


*Soak your feet for 10 mins (better still use your foot spa - remember its hidden in the cupboard!) then use a pumice stone to remove dead skin.  Dry your feet and moisturise.


*Ensure you have plenty of calcium and Vit D in your diet - to prevent stress fractures.  Dairy foods, sardines, leafy greeens and broccoli.
