Thank you to all members who attended the meetings held over the past week - Now that Coach Colleen has most members' race goals, appropriate training programs can now be prepared to support these goals.
It's very exciting to see so many planning to participant in the following events - Warwick, Jandawae,Gold Coast and Sydney.
Along the training journey please continue to give feedback to the coach as to how you are fairing.
Remember all programs are done in pencil - not in stone and therefore are highly flexible to meet unexpected life events!
Those who did not attend, I will assume you simply use Saturday running for enjoyment and fitness. For these members, I will prepare several course cards (eg.7 - 10k length) and each week, you can simply decide and select amongst yourselves which one you do.
