We enjoyed a beautiful Saturday run on the undulating roads shrouded in shade from the tree canopy at Maidenwell this morning.
With lots of friendly banter as we headed out for our run.
The turn around of the 8km out and back course.
Then a stretching session while waiting for Colleen and Donna to finish their long course.
With time for a walk down to the Coomba Waterhole.

In time for a stick up at the Trading Post where coffee and breakfast took awhile.
