Your body

Your body is always talking to YOU.

What do you do when you get a message about a pain or ache?  Do you ask yourself what do I need?

Particularly when running - listen to the feedback your body is giving you - perhaps its as simple as correcting your posture to stop your ankle, knee or hip from niggling.
Perhaps its taking a short walk or drinking some water to minimise your fatigue later in your run.

If you want your body to work well for your for the long term, then you need to connect with your body and mind.

Build a nuturing, kind and trusting relationship with yourself.

Listen to the messages - don't ignore them, hoping that they go away.  Trust yourself and listen to the messages.   A simple change may indeed stop a future major road hazard...
