Homework

Take the time for the next two weeks while you run, to reacquaint yourself with the experience of running.

Focus on how your body feels when moving, focus on what it feels like running outdoors, focus on the relationships you have built through running.

These experiences are reproduced with every run, you simply need to focus to feel and experience them consciously. 

Become empowered by shifting the focus from finishing to running, itself.

Appreciate what your body is capable of doing, appreciate the special friendships you have gained, appreciate yourself and say thank you to your wonderous body.
