R U OK?

A national initiative regarding sucide prevention, is "R U OK?" day - it's happening this Thursday Sept 13.  The concept is that you make the time to catch up with a friend over coffee so to check and see that they are ok.

There is a free community breakfast outside Deb Frecklington's office on Thursday morning from 6am til 9am. All are welcome

Local businesses Gloria Jeans, Glendon Street Cafe, Uptoia, RSL during the day on Thursday will be randomly giving FREE coffees to their patrons.

For any GGG's who may have half an hour after our Thursday session are invited to come to Glendon Street Cafe for a quick coffee at about 6:35am- ish til7am.

 Let's show our support of R U OK day plus we might score a free coffee.
