Why are you running? Why do you get out of bed so early to run? What excites you about running?
Remember it is important to dream - dream BIG then break the dream down into step by step possible and doable steps. A dream is a GOAL and goals give you reason, purpose, direction and a plan.
Remember we are Runners for Life so there is plenty of time to tick off the "bucket list" regarding running events and achievements you are dreaming about!
Coach Colleen will early in the New Year gather club members's goals so to plan next year's training program.
Don't worry if you aren't sure what you'd like to do - there will be an information session TBA where we will discuss options plus details regarding running events that we have enjoyed previously so that you can decide what you'd like to do.
As summer approaches the running calendar quietens giving us time to have a little fun with our Saturday program.
Last summer we did a small tour of the SB - we drove to different locations to run - Nanango, Memerambi etc. This was enjoyed by all so we may do this again if it appeals.
