Pilates / Drills and Hills

The club offers extra sessions on Tuesday and Friday mornings. 

Not sure what they are about ...
Not sure if you want to get out of bed early ....
Well it could be worth it.....

Enjoy  smaller size sessions
Get  a personalised coaching session

Pilates - Friday's 6am - 6:30am
a low impact session
that creates
awareness and strength through your torso

All in the comfort of a warm spacious room
while listening to pleasant background music
while you move gently through stretches and simple ab exercises.

Drills and Hills- Tuesday's 5:30am - 6:30am
Currently being held under the Woolies Carpark
due to the darkness of winter

Recieve technique advise
with a Club Coach supervising
Try out short distance running drills that
Improve  leg strength
Improve cardio fitness

All Tuesday sessions are taylored
to suit all levels of ability

It's not too serious - plenty of laughts guaranteed!
