Beginners/Intake Program for women 18 and over

A 6 week introduction to running technique and to the Go Getta Girls approach to long term exercise. Recieve support, motivation and a info pack with goodies on completion.

Monday's and Thursday's 5:45am

Saturday's 5:30am

Tuesday 4 week cross training blocks - advertised within club

Additional Services - Private and Club members welcome
