Letitia emailed to say she did a half marathon shortly after Christmas - here's a snippet from the email -
By the way, the temp was hovering right at -10c with a wind chill FAR below
that. The best thing about the day was that it was snowing during our run.
TOO cool. It wasn't hard enough to make it slippery, but enough to dust my
cap and get in my eyes a couple of times. HOW MANY GGG's CAN SAY THEY HAVE
RUN A 1/2 IN SNOW!!! Guess there has to be a first.
I was true to form in my GGG gear. I had to take you all with me (at least
in memories) I wore my Pink jumper and my GGG pink cap
Amazing isn't it? Hard to imagine while we are here sweating that Letitia is all rugged up BUT still running regardless of the SNOW!
