Often "Better" emerges from where you least expect it.
Caring and Nurturing your body can produce results in ways that punishing your body can't.
Comfort is the key to sustainable growth.
The more gradual the change, the more likely it will last.
Remember as long as you can use each and every movement experience to create a better relationship between you and your body - You are heading in the right direction.
