Goals

What are you dreaming about doing next year with your running???

Remember goals give you direction, they give you focus, they give you a challenge that will excite you.

So what could you do in 2014??

Firstly make it a personal goal,  set goals that excite you , that have meaning to you, it may be attending a running event or it may be something as simply as committing to regular attendance to club.

March - Peak to Park - Toowoomba - 10k run where the last 5k is a gentle decline - unfortunately the weather can be a tad iffy at this time of year

May - Warwick Pentathrun - a definite on the GGG calendar

July - Gold Coast Marathon Festival (huge, something you need to experience once!)

August - Brisbane running festival , Sunshine Coast

October - Toowoomba Marathon and other distances ( nice and close, great country atmosphere)
