After the Toowoomba Marathon weekend there will be an alternative option for club members on Saturday's from Oct 12.
These alternative sessions will still focus on running but will the addition of bodyweight type exercises included in the session. Perhaps you could call the sessions a style of "boot camp" with a GGG flavour!
These sessions will be held at a variety of locations. A calendar has been placed at the clubhouse with information regarding each Saturday's location.
Why offer this alternative session? Simply to add interest to the program while we can at this time of the year. Variety never hurt anyone and gives a break from our usual sessions before we re focus on serious training in the new year for our 2014 goals!
