Following the success of a grant recently by the Club, there will be a host of new books about to be added to the Club Library (Julie just has to cover them!).
Coach Colleen has "freshened" the magazine range with a collection of R4YL and Runner's World magazines from her own collection.
New also is a basic information booklet compiled by Coach Colleen about Pre-Menopause and Menopause.
This booklet outlines simple, concise details about menopause -what its all about, what to expect from 30 - 70 years old and what dietary changes may help you survive this new journey!
This booklet was prepared following the successful completion of a course that Colleen did earlier in the year. Colleen is now a registered Menofit Instructor.
