| Before the start of Annette's first Marathon (and Ultra - 45k) |
Annette's first Marathon/Ultra was hugely successful with a finishing time of 3:56 for 45k! This fabulous GGG placed 9th in her age group, was the 41st woman to finish from over a thousand Marathon participants and finished only 8 1/2 mins behind Len!
The GGG's on the trip at the celebratory drinks on Sunday night, presented Annette with her Marathoner cap, which brought tears to her eyes. Annette is certainly our little road runner - speedy and loves running solo!
