The last morning of the circuit block will be this Tuesday March 5, 5:30am.

The Technique block will commence Tueday March 12 - 5:45am til 6:30am
- please register by Thursday if you are interested.

GGG program outline

Beginners/Intake Program for women 18 and over

A 6 week introduction to running technique and to the Go Getta Girls approach to long term exercise. Recieve support, motivation and a info pack with goodies on completion.
