Will be held at clubhouse – Circuit stations
will include weight bearing exercises, cardio fun and essential core work. Accelerate your fitness
for your New Year goals!
Learn
exercises that you could easily continue at home! Want to tone, lose weight or
add some muscle definition – resistance training is the answer – come along and
join in the fun!
