Tuesday Program for 2013

Book into each block before it begins (only need pay for the next upcoming block)
Choose which ever one’s that suit YOU
 Simply pay $10 at the club, in an envelope labelled and placed under the pig. 
That’s right only $10 for each four week block!!!!



Feb 5, 12, 19, 26                          5:30am – 6:30am

Fitness Circuit – conducted by Coach Colleen

Will be held at clubhouse – Circuit stations will include weight bearing exercises, cardio fun and  essential core work. Accelerate your fitness for your New Year goals!

Learn exercises that you could easily continue at home! Want to tone, lose weight or add some muscle definition – resistance training is the answer – come along and join in the fun!
