The Club's Saturday Long Run Program is created from the member's Goals - soo Coach Colleen needs to know your Goals in order to prepare our training program for 2013.
There will be a meeting Wed Jan 23rd at the Clubhouse at 6:30pm - all Saturday Club members if possible are asked to attend.
At the meeting we will outline the events available to consider, run through what is required to join Saturday running plus get everyone to write down thier running goals for 2013 for collection.
