Wow, what a fantastic roll out on Thursday - 15 women from the latest Beginner's Program came along to club and joined - WELCOME!

What a large group we were on Thursday with 40 members attending the session!

GGG program outline

Beginners/Intake Program for women 18 and over

A 6 week introduction to running technique and to the Go Getta Girls approach to long term exercise. Recieve support, motivation and a info pack with goodies on completion.

Saturday's 5:30am

Tuesday 4 week cross training blocks - advertised within club
