Summer Running


Yes summer is on the way - think NOW about how you will cope with the heat. 
 It's time for the singlets and shorter tights!  
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate - keep your blood flowing, lubicate your joints and sweat!  The more you sweat, the more efficient your body is at cooling you.
 
Or you could take up swimming ! 
Kingaroy's pool is NOW open  - not 100% sure if these guys work there!
