Saturday Training

These sessions are designed for the GGG's with goals to attend race events throughout the SE QLD.  New members are invited to attend these sessions after approx 6 months - a good solid foundation of running fitness is very important before extending to longer distances.

Please note - there's currently a few exceptions to the GGG rule with a very few newest members about to commence Saturday training ahead of schedule simply because they are established runners - they were running consistently immediately prior to joining plus have  previously completed numerous half marathons.  Hopefully there is NO confusion amongst our buds - you will be invited to join Saturday training in May - remembering this is an optional session - there is NO pressure to join this training session. Buds can contemplate participating in the Club's 10k in Sept - please log onto the www.gogettagirls.org.au - member's only section for more details about the Club's September Event
