Cross training

The less muscle you have, the lower your metabolism will be and hence harder to burn the calories you eat!

Muscle is your very own body fat-burning furnace.

Not sure when/what/how to do weights so that you do develop  lean muscle mass - why not take advantage of the club's Personal Trainers!

Colleen offers club members special rates for a 45min PT session - share the session with another GGG member and half the cost.  You could be working out for as little as $10 per session - a session taylor made to your needs and goals! 

 Find it hard to motivate yourself - not really sure what exercises to do - let a Personal Trainer take out the hassle and provide you with a workout session that guarantees lean muscle mass development!
