What's planned for 2012?

The return of Tuesday sessions - Hills and Speed work with Coach Kerry
Like  the idea of befriending Hills or Like the idea of  variety in your weekly runs
why not come and try a Tuesday session so you can see what its all about!
- commences Jan 31st

Pilates Friday mornings (6am- 6:30am)  with Coach Colleen
improve your core strength and endurance
provide better support for your lower back and spine
Relax and enjoy gentle movement and stretching
while encouraging better muscle tone that could flatten your stomach! 
- commences March 2nd
You will need to bring to this session a yoga mat and a full size towel

These sessions will be available for all current GGG members for the usual session fee - $1!
