Recipe for a cool bath

1/2 cup espsom salts
1 cup powdered milk
2 spearmint tea bags
2 lemon balm tea bags
150ml boiling water
3-5 drops peppermint essential oils

Place salts and milk into a bowl and mix. Place tea bags in a bowl and pour over the boiling water.  Set asie to steep for 15mins, then discard the tea bags.
While tea bags are steeping, run a lukewarm bath. Pour in the salt mixture, herbal tea and essential oil.
Soak for 10 - 20mins.  Rinse off in cool water and gently dry the skin.
This bath will leave your skin soft and refreshed as well as soothing itchiness and inflammation.
