As our race calendar draws to a close, its now time to enjoy a break from our goal setting training programs - as important as Goals are - the end of year bring can bring a relaxed mode to our Saturday training program.
Coach Colleen is suggesting a variety of changes to our Saturday mornings for the remainder of the year.
Over the next couple of months the GGG will embark upon a South Burnett tour, with perhaps even our own club half marathon event.
Suggestions include
- dusk runs
- begin from different local locations eg Memerambi
- run local loop roads
This time of year gives the club the opportunity to add some variety and of course, fun to the Saturday program. But still catering for the various levels of fitness on Saturdays.
