Tuesday Program


Coach Colleen's Tuesday program was Strength and Conditioning the week this photo was taken.
Come along and improve your strength base and develop correct exercise technique.

Tuesday mornings are a three week alternate of Speed, Hill, Strength and Conditioning.

Add variety to your training with Tuesday morning workouts - 5:30am start.

You need to be a consistent weekly GGG runner to consider this option.
