Right mind set

  • Do you know being pessimistic can promote a surge of hormones like cortisol - which is a stress hormone- thereby only increasing your stress levels and anxiety. 
  •  So when a negative thought pops up - pick a phrase or image to divert your negativity. 
  •  Don't think destructive thoughts - don't give into the excuses - it only leads to regret and never knowing just how amazing you can be.
  • Instead learn to think one of these -"it doesn't matter, I can do this, I will try this, let's give it a go, what the heck, I am woman!"
  • No one can ever knock you for trying - look what happened when you decided to try running...........
