Don't set goals you can't reach

If you set realistic targets, you will reach them and then you are more likely to move closer to your ultimate goal. 

Especially consider this advice when making dietary goals. Rather than saying I'll never eat chocolate again perhaps consider gradually changing your food choices. Maybe say I'll reduce my consumption by half or I'll only eat chocolate twice a week. 

Change your diet gradually so the goal can be reached with success.

It's about lifestyle changes, its about eating to fuel your body and mind.

 Its not about starvation or unrealisitic restrictions that sets up that never ending cycle of failures.

Be realistic.  Be kind to yourself.  Be a success!
