Tuesday Program

Coach Colleen will re-commence the Tuesday Program on July27th.  

This program will be the Speed, Hill, Strength and Conditioning three week alternate.
This means
  • wk 1 speed session
  • wlk 2  hill workout
  • wk 3  Strength and Conditioning circuit
  • wk 4 - Repeat beginning wk 1

So if you are serious about your running or interested in more variety in your training program - come along to  Tuesday morning workouts - 5:30am starts.

You DO need to be a consistent weekly GGG runner to consider this option - not sure - speak with Coach Colleen.
