These are the signs of plantar facscitis - this is inflammation of the ligament running under your foot. Often indicating poor biomechanics - remember you foot placement technique. It can also mean your calves are too tight - so you need to do a lot more stretching! There are a number of immediate treatments you can begin at home - talk to Colleen for an explanation. If the pain persists or worsens can I strongly recommend an appointment with a Podiatrist.
This can be a debilitating injury that will not go away if left untreated - please seek advise from your Coach.
